Terms of sale and delivery
These terms apply to purchases of christening gowns and other products from Evie Brooklyn. The website eviebrooklyn.dk is used to present gowns and collections. Purchases and payments cannot be completed directly through the website.

Ordering and payment
Purchases are arranged directly with Evie Brooklyn. This may take place during a personal viewing or after contact by phone or email.
Price, payment method, delivery and any other relevant details are agreed with the customer in connection with the purchase.
Collection and delivery
Items can be collected by appointment from Evie Brooklyn. If agreed, the item can also be shipped to the customer. Delivery method, price and expected delivery time are agreed in connection with the purchase.
For custom-made gowns or other special orders, the expected delivery time is agreed individually.
Right of withdrawal
For purchases where the agreement is made in person, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed.
If the entire purchase agreement is concluded at a distance, for example by phone or email, distance-selling rules may apply. In such cases, the customer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received.
Items that are made or altered according to the customer’s individual measurements or specific wishes may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Returns for distance sales
If the customer has a right of withdrawal and wishes to use it, Evie Brooklyn must be clearly informed before the deadline expires. The customer then generally has 14 days to return the item and is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints
Consumer purchases are covered by the rules of Danish consumer law. If there is a fault or defect with an item, the customer should contact Evie Brooklyn within a reasonable time after discovering the problem.
